We are not the cheapest out there, and we don't want to be. Our customers certainly don't drive the cheapest cars or eat the cheapest food, they certainly don't want the cheapest refinishing. The reality is that we would be able to offer the same prices (about $300 in DFW) if we didn't do the prep work we do and used the cheapest materials we can find (we happen to use the best available), but it would also involve not offering a warranty and quite frankly ripping people off. Not what we stand for.

I'm very satisfied with my experience with Happy Tubs. Brian was very responsive and texted back right away with all the information I asked for. I set up an appointment for our Jacuzzi repair and Dan showed up right on time. He was able to locate the problem with our Jacuzzi tub to the controller. He made sure to first explain why the Jacuzzi stopped working and to go over the cost for the repair.

He replaced the controller on the same trip and everything is now working. It was one of the smoothest repairs I've ever had done in my home. I would recommend!

We just moved in to our house and while the jacuzzi looked clean, the first time I used it all this disgusting stuff came out of the jets. My husband and I spent days truing to get it clean, tried the jacuzzi cleaner, the ohyuk stuff, nothing was getting it done.
Found Happy Tubs on the internet. While more expensive, they assured me that it would take care of the issue. We followed the instructions (it takes 3 days for it to work) and I am happy to report that it's absolutely sparkling clean.
I just wish I had known about it earlier and saved all the frustration and effort in trying the other "solutions".
